Kaduna State Civil Service Registration Portal 2024/2025 is now open for civil servants promotion CBT Examination which will be conducted by ICT centre of Kaduna State University.
The Kaduna State CSC Registration application portal would be opened from Monday 8th January, 2024 to Wednesday 22nd January, 2024. Candidates (officers) are to print their examination slips from 25th – 28th January, 2024.
All eligible officers should note the following:
- Only officers who must have served for minimum of one (1) year in service are eligible to register and sit for the examination.
- Registrations for the examination is meant for both fresh and resit candidates.
- Officers in Administrative Officer and State Counsel cadres shall sit for papers A, B, C, D & E, while all other cadres (Teachers inclusive) will sit for papers A’B &E only. The Administrative Officers and State Counsels that sat for four (4) or three (3) papers in the last examination conducted are advised to re-register and sit for the remaining appropriate papers.
- While all Chief Executive Officers of MDAs and other Arms of Government are urge to give this circular widest publicity.
How to Register for Kaduna State CSC Promotion Exam
All candidates are advice to log into Kaduna State Civil Service Examination registration portal https://www.kadcivilserviceexams.com in order to register for the promotion examination.
Candidates (officers) should make sure that they properly cross-check their details and papers registered during application/registration before making final submission especially for officers that use Business Centres (Cafe).
Kaduna State CSC Exam Date 2024
The examination is scheduled to hold between Monday 29th January- 1 February, 2024 across the three centres simultaneously. The kaduna state CSC recruitment examination will take place in Three (3) centers below;

- Kafanchan
Time:
The Examination shall commence at 9:00am daily.
All candidates are advised to come along with their office identity card and exams slip to be allowed into the examination hall.
Candidates should ensure that they click and submit the examination appropriately as provided in the computers as soon as they finish answering the questions. The maximum time for each paper is 15 minutes.
