How Long Does it take for JAMB Results to be Release?

JAMB Registrar has announce that the first batch of UTME results will be release 48 hours (2 days) after candidates had written the exam. However, expect JAMB result to be out after the CBT exercise.

Is JAMB Result out for 2025?

YES! The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results conducted between Friday, 19th April to  Friday, 29th April, 2024 across the nation.

NOTE: Not all the results will be released, some will be be held while some will be released. (JAMB result checker portal will be discussed below).

How Check JAMB Result 2025 online with Registration Number

1. Visit: https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility_/CheckUTMEResults
2. Type your JAMB registration number or Mobile Number in the space provided.
3. Finally, click on the “Check My Result”

Your UTME result will display your scores in the various subjects and provide valuable information for the admission process.

How to Check JAMB Result via SMS

Simply use the same number that was used for registration.

• Send UTMERESULT via SMS to 55019 or 66019.

You will receive your JAMB result as an SMS on your phone immediately or between 10-30 minutes. The message will include your scores in each subject.

NOTE:

If you have sent the message containing your JAMB registration number to both 55019 /66019 and have not received your result, there are a few possible reasons for this issue. Below are some steps you can take:

1. Ensure you use the phone number you used when you registered for JAMB (UTME); otherwise, JAMB will not send the results to you.
2. Secondly, the portal might be busy due to high traffic, so sending the message at midnight is advisable.
3. Ensure you have credit on your phone. If you have not been charged, you should just give it some time. Most of the time, this problem is caused by the network.
4. If you have been charged but didn’t receive your UTME result, you should ensure your phone number is not on Do Not Disturb (DND). You can also access it by using the JAMB result checker portal.
