The UBEC/SUBEB is recruiting another batch of Federal Teachers scheme (FTS) now Teachers Internship Scheme (TIS) for 2024/2025 Service period.
Participants who participated in the 2020/2022 under the federal teachers scheme (FTS) who are graduates from Universities with a good degree with second class upper division (2.1) in any of the listed subjects should immediately apply:
- English language
- Mathematics
- Integrated Science
- Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Agriculture Science
- Computer Science or information technology
- Technical Education

Eligibility:
- Applicants must have completed NYSC or Exempted from it.
- Must possess Teachers Registration council of Nigeria
- Not employed or enrolled under NYSC, N-Power or any similar programme at the time of enlistment.
- Must have basic knowledge of ICT.
How to Apply for FTS Recruitment 2024
All the application is done offline. Ensure you meet with all the specified requirements as mentions above.
All applications must be addressed to the Executive chairman, State universal basic Education board (SUBEB).
To Apply; Forward your written application to the office of the desk officer FTS (now TIS).
Please attach photocopies of your credentials including NYSC dispatches certificate.
The federal teachers scheme (FTS) will review your application and contact you if you have a suitable need for aptitude test.

FTS Recruitment 2024 Closing Date
The deadline for FTS recruitment 2023 is Monday 23rd October 2023.
Make sure you apply before the deadline to be on the safer side. After the deadline for the application, the federal teachers scheme recruitment portal will be closed and you will not be able to apply again.
