Important Dates and Application Fee
The application portal opens from 2nd December 2024 and closes on 6th January 2025. The application fee is Seven Thousand Naira (₦7,000) only, and it is non-refundable.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings from recognized examination bodies, including WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
How to Apply for the UDUTH Basic Midwifery Admission Form
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Remita Payment
- Visit the Remita platform at http://www.remita.net/.
- Select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto under the “MDA (Ministry, Department, and Agencies)” section.
- Choose UDUTH School of Midwifery under the services menu.
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for ₦7,000.
- Payment Receipt and Serial Number
- Take your Remita payment receipt to the UDUTH School of Midwifery Cashier to obtain an official cashier’s receipt.
- Use the receipt to collect your unique Serial Number and PIN for the online application process.
- Online Application
- Go to the application portal: https://www.spbm.uduth.org.ng/basic
- Enter your Serial Number and PIN.
- Fill in your details accurately and submit your application.
- Printed Copy
- Print a clear, colored copy of your completed application form. This copy will be required on the day of the entrance examination.
Entrance Examination Details
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) entrance exam is scheduled for 11th January 2025. Ensure you prepare adequately and arrive with your printed application form and any required identification.
