The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto State has announced their Admission Form into NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) AND HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) IN NURSING programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The College of Nursing Sokoto portal will open for online registration from 12th – 24th August, 2024. The application form fee is N10,000.
Admission Requirements
- Candidate should have scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2024 JAMB
- Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O/level, WAEC and NECO.
- Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to College of Nursing, Sciences, Sokoto.
- Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under listed on the portal during registration to purchase the post UTME FORM then come along with the following to the POST UTME EXAM.
- JAMB result slip
- JAMB change of institution slip
- WAEC/NECO results
- Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
